Rihanna collection at River Island

Hay Lovely's

I have been anticipating the Rihanna collection for River Island for some time, as she might not be my top 5 celebrates but she does have a good fashion sense. I was disappointed when I was too sleepy to wait to see the collection online. So when I was in town I took a wee look at the cloths they had in the local River Island.

To me the collection is very casual chic, which is very close to Rihanna's style. The only thing I was a little disappointed in that their wasnt more colour, as summers is just around the corner and I did expect some of her home style to be included, as she does have a great beach style but it was very much on the Black/White trend this seasons showing. Here are some of my picks from the collection.

£20 which I purchased today!

£95

£45

£40 (sold out)

All these can be found on the River Island website and in selected stores nation wide. Have you lovely's checked out the collection yet? What are your fav pieces? Please leave comments below :)

Nothing so rebel as a benefut reveiw/haul

Hay lovelies

I have just been doing a small bit of shopping at the Benefit counter and thought I would do a quick review on the make up I bought today and the ones I already own. Lets get started with my collection:

The above is some of the Benefit...I like Benefit products. This might be a controversial statement as many of my friends say benefit isn't the best but I think that yes it is highly priced but they are good they last a long time and well the packaging is really cute! Lets take a look at them individually:

I have just bought Benefit's Hoola bronze today (£23.00) so I cant write anything on it yet! But I have heard that its a great bronzer and the packaging is really cute with its little mirror inside: I would take a picture of it but unfortunately mines is broken so I will be returning it tomorrow for another one!  Benefits some kind-a gorgeous is a product I have had for over a year now and in my opinion its to much hard work. Its not meant to be a foundation for great coverage but I expect to see some change, especially as I do have reasonably good skin. It does however give a nice glow :)

Benefit you rebel...as you can see I have used up all my lite you rebel. At £23.50 its an expensive tinted moisturiser but it is really nice. Its not to greasy and gives a lovely glow. I have chosen the darker version for spring/summer because I tend to go very dark in the summer and would like a better bronzing glow rather than the nice doughy glow the lite version gives.

Now my favourite benefit product is actually a little travel set called...Primpcess! I bought this when I was going to Malia last year for an impressive £19.99! It includes Boi-ing concealer no.2, i have the big one too: its good but doesn't last too long; Bright eye, I like it...so pretty in the inner eye; 3 eye shadows which are great for everyday on the go looks and last but no means least Bad Girl Lash! I love the mascara...makes my lashes big and black what more can you want! I also picked up a little that girl and I love this product. It makes my skin so smooth when I need primer its my go to product. :)

My wee snake peak...Hello Flawless has went liquid! Yes am excited too. The girl at the benefit counter gave me this free sample and am so excited to try it! It comes out on the 31st March.

Thanks for reading and if you have written about any benefit products I would love to read them. Please leave the link below :)
Take care everyone xx

Fresh as a Daisy: My favourite scents for spring/summer!

Hay Lovelies

Just a small post about my favourite scents for spring/summer.  As we all know the way we smell is very different but I like to hear what other people are wearing/smelling of and I thought I would share my favourites with you lovelies. I am actually allergic to many perfumes but the following are some of my favourite:

Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel is on my lust. It smells so clean and uncomplicated; I just love it! However, as it comes in starting at £45 a bottle its a perfume for investment. Many people say that Soap and Glory products are a good dupe for this...and I agree it smells similar and is a fraction of the price

Chanel Chance is a lovely perfume. Its so classic you cannot go wrong with it! I was very lucky last Christmas to get this from my lovely man! It again is a bit pricey but well worth it! :)

CK in2u is my favourite perfume for everyday, as its light but fresh and also its rather inexpensive too!

Marc Jacobs Lola! I love Marc Jacobs perfumes as the bottles are so cute n girl :) I think I just bought it for that! This is a very flower based perfume but as its spring and all...I like it!

Marc Jacobs Daisy! Just look at the bottles...CUTE! Doesn't even cut it! I know there's been a lot of talk about this perfume already in the magazines and blog's and it lives up to it! I love this perfume, I have the body lotion given to me by a friend, (and the perfume is on my birthday list!)  its fresh, girl and has a bit of sweet too. Its amazing! I hope am luck enough to get it this year! :)

That is all my picks for this spring/summer. Would love to hear what you are wearing this spring/summer? You can find all these perfumes at boots, if you want to check out some of the prices.

Take care everyone
