Fall 2014 - Wish list
Piniterest inspiration for fall
Hay Doll's
Summer might becoming to an end but that doesn't mean that we have to be all sad and gloom. Autumn is coming or Fall if that is your deal. Fall sounds so romantic to me and Autumn sounds so worldly but that is just my little input on the subject matter of what to describe this time of year...any ways. As the title states these are my wish or dream list for fall.

Fashion Babble - Holiday Wish list River Island.
Hay Loves
SUMMER is here. We all know what that means essential summer holiday shopping has to be done.
Now actually I am a mighty believer in using what you already have. So this post is more about adding to what you already have rather than going out and spending £X on a new case full of cloths that your only going to wear for 2 weeks of the year.
I have loads of bikinis but now instead of buying 50 from Primark I buy one really nice one which I know will last me more than one trip. However this only works if your not going on a 18+,. Booz one your £30 bikini ant going to put you into the party mode or is that just me.
Shorts. I am reaching that point in by life were the low wast just isnt comfy. I love these because they are classic and simple can be down for the beach or classy for the bar depending on your mood.
Nice pop of colour for the sun and again beach or bar!
Now Maxis are amazing for holiday and this is would look great at the local pub or out for a nice fancy meal. Plus as its not floor length your less likely to trip!
After the cloths comes the bling...these are all defo extras for me!
I love this case but its £60 :( you would look high class with it at the airport but I would be devastated if it came back marked.
To me Primark/New Look have defo got style and price perfect this season but if your looking to splash out these are so cute.
Now I have to say River Island Sunglasses are the bomb. I have had mines for 2 years now and they are still going strong.
I love the aviators, £10 is actually a steal for these.
When it comes to jewls leave your MK or Stobos at home and go cheap. If it gets lost or goes walkie s (happened to me) you wont be crying into your cocktails before the sunsets. Get my drift. And when I say cheap I don't
mean nasty, the above comes in at £5 and look so cute.
Thanks for for reading don't forget to give a follow on bloglovin' to see more.
All can be found at River Island HERE and they ship to many places other than he UK too!

Be Counted - Fashion & Feminism
Hay
So recently I was at a training day organised by FeministaUK and well I enjoyed myself I didn't really feel like a Feminist. I mean, I love fashion, bronzer and well like my size 10 figure and ideally I would like to be a sleek size 8. Now I am not saying that to be a feminist you have to-be plus size, pal and ignorant to fashion but I that's how I felt at the end of the day. Feels like am trolling the feminist movement - which am not I just believe at all women not matter what their interests can be feminist.
Which is why I was so excited to see the Mae Movement - which is an organisation which highlights hand made fashionable bracelets from Nepal which helps women and girls earn their own money, fairly and safely. This is exactly the positive movement like FeministaUK, promotes women and allows you to spend your money and style yourself to show your opinions, which on occasion is all a women can do to support each other.
Now for those that aren't in the know...Nepal is a country with a high rate of female stigmatise. Many women are duped into leaving their homes under the pretences that they will receive better jobs and education in the cities, or sold into slavery by parents who may have no other options. The women are taken into sex trafficking where they are broken into the sex trade through vial methods including, torture, rape, humiliation, beatings, and psychological abuse.
Other women might find themselves exploited by force labour, where women have to work long hours in harsh conductions, imagine working 15 hour shifts, in cramped spaces, hot weather (or cold), with little food/water, fear of being beaten, raped for around 50p an hour, plus your working 6/7 days a week.
The Mae Movement is also a positive social organisation looking to help any movement or single person develop themselves to be all they can be. Headed by Haley and her mother who are active in changing the world through positive motivation. More about the bracelets can and Mae Movement can be found HERE.
Side note - I have recently purchased a set of the bracelets from Mae Movement and will do a post on or update this post on receiving them - they ship to the UK and many other countries outside the US.

Lancome Bi-Facil eye make up remove (didnt buy) this is really good at getting that rock hard mascara off! great at the end of the day.
Benefit Bad gal lash: What can I say its a fav!
MUA Colour blast eye-shadow tint: Awesome as a base really cheap too only £3 The shade I have is stay and its a brilliant natural colour for any eye-shadow.
Lancome Teint Miracle in 01: Lovely and light for during the day, but you can layer it for a flawless finish.
Benefit Brows a go-go: Brilliant little kit if like me & in a rush this is awesome!
PENGUINS! I love penguins but I love this time of year because I can wear them without the funny glances :)

Short Story Fashion: Recent purchase!
Hay Lovely's
Now I have tried to well behaved and kept that credit card safe in the comfort of my purse but it some how managed to escape whilst in Topshop! And it escaped in style...wiping a hefty 95 quid away with one purchase!
Yes that purchase was the lovely Parka Jacket in the picture above! Now, I hear my defences before you sentence me:
- Practicality: I live in Glasgow therefore I need a warm cosy jacket NOW never mind when winter hits.
- Diversity: The lining in this lovely parka comes away meaning I get two jackets for the price of one.
- Cohesion: My BF didn't exactly discourage me from buying this...just saying per-pressure works.
- Its really pretty! :)
Now I know my defences are very superficial and childish but they allow me to sleep at night! ;-) Trust me I found it really hard to hand over my card to pay for it, to the point that I nearly cried! What yours guys biggest purchase to -date?
