Lets Ban That Xmas Bulge!

Lets get fit for Xmas. If your anything like me Xmas is normally the time for Hot chocolate, many dinners out, boxes of chocolates, booze and all things bad for you! Now am not really one for going to the gym much or going out in the cold/rain to run around. So I thought what about an at home DVD, but then I noticed Youtube has them for free!!!

I am currently a size 10, 5ft 4 coming in at 81/2 stone (119 lb) and I would like to drop back down to a size 8, dropping 1/2 stone (7 lb) and mostly feel a little better about myself. I know am not over weight and not boosting or trying to be a pest, but I think its best to feel good about yourself and this would make me a little happier.

Here are some that I am following the now and they seem to be really good! What are your guys keep fit routines?

Steal Her Style: K is for Kardashian!

If like me you are a massive Kardashian fan...E! being my favorite channel seriously they they should just change it to K! and be done with it! You would have been supper excited to see the girls venture over the Atlantic and bring a rang out with Dorothy Perkins (HERE!) , but I was a little disappointed at the price rang £35 for a shirt, and dresses from £40 darlings please...I am not exactly flush here. (Although if I was minted...I would be buying up the lot!!!)

With this in mind I have some inspirational pieces from the fabulous ladies, starting with Khloe Kardashian Odom, from New Look which is a little more purse friendly. Khloe is the youngest of the 3 sisters and I think the most likable for the everyday women's style: fun, sexiness and sassy!

This set is so cute, it comes with mini sizes of some great Benefit products including:

1. The POREfessional (removable)
2. Hallow Flawless Oxygen Wow in Honey (removable)
3. Boi-ing Concealer in shades 02 & 03 (removable)
4. Hallo Flawless Powder in "Im cute as a bunny honey"
5. Detachable how to sheets.
6. Handy little face brush and mirror.

The set is a great little starter pack for anyone wanting to try out some Benefit face products and is brilliant for travelling, as all you products are contained in one handy little case. The reason I bought the set was to try the powder foundation, and I liked it so much that I had to go out and buy the full size product!
